Job Role: Junior Legal Secretary

This is a 12 month contract opportunity to work as part of a dynamic administration team within a well-established global law firm. As a proactive Junior Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support and assisting in preparing documents and correspondence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support
  • Assisting in preparing documents and correspondence
  • Organising catering, meetings and preparing meeting rooms
  • Managing reception and welcoming guests
  • Handling general office duties and administrative support tasks
  • Responding to general enquiries via telephone, email and in-person
  • Coordinating incoming mail together with records/file management activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a law firm in an administrative capacity
  • Able to work 5 days per week in office (9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do and proactive attitude
