Key Investment Tax Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Tax Analyst to join our tax team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and monitoring of an investment tax framework.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with investment tax matters for new or existing investments, including investment tax due diligence, tax advice, and tax structuring.
- Work closely with stakeholders from other business units, including investments and corporate services.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including custodians and external tax advisors, to ensure accurate tax reporting and successful delivery of tax obligations.
- Support foreign tax obligations and filings as required.
About Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor degree or above and be either Chartered Accountant (CA) / Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) qualified.
- Have experience in a superannuation fund, funds management, or financial services organisation with general tax and/or fund accounting experience.
- Have general investments tax knowledge.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills.
