About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of deli staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control costs, including ordering and inventory management
  • Collaborate with other store departments to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including work health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a retail or food service environment
  • Strong knowledge of fresh food retail and merchandising principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
