Home Care Support Worker Job Description

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to provide support and companionship to our elderly clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care
  • Engage in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of our clients
  • Report any changes or concerns to the supervisor

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate I - IV in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Experience in home care (preferably 1 year)
  • Driver's Licence and reliable car
  • Availability between Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm
