Key Member Role in Conflicts Team

This role involves providing expert advice on conflicts of interest and compliance related matters.

  • Performing and analysing conflicts of interest searches.
  • Liaising with Partners to manage potential conflicts and information barriers.
  • Reviewing prospective clients for reputational and financial risks.
  • Assisting in the review of contractual arrangements and advising on legal and commercial risks.
  • Assisting with educating and training staff on conflicts matters across offices.
  • Providing general legal support and assistance to the General Counsel and Risk team.

You will work with highly experienced senior practitioners who will guide and encourage your further learning and development.

About You

This role would suit a lawyer or analyst with relevant corporate commercial and/or compliance experience working in a law firm environment.

Excellent research analytical skills and high level of attention to detail are essential.
