- Performing and analysing conflicts of interest searches.
- Liaising with Partners to manage potential conflicts and information barriers.
- Reviewing prospective clients for reputational and financial risks.
- Assisting in the review of contractual arrangements and advising on legal and commercial risks.
- Assisting with educating and training staff on conflicts matters across offices.
