We're seeking an experienced Culinary Host to join our team at ZA ZA TA, where you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences from greeting to farewell, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the dining journey
  • Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, wine lists, and beverages to provide expert recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date on dietary requirements to cater to diverse needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate high levels of service, responding promptly and efficiently to requests
  • Cultivate feedback from guests to enhance their experience and update guest history records
  • Stay informed about local trends and maintain a deep understanding of the culinary landscape
  • Show initiative in your approach, working within established standards and procedures to deliver exceptional results
About You

We're looking for someone who embodies our brand's values and culture. As a Culinary Host, you'll be a hard-working individual with a strong work ethic, able to jump into action when needed. Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not essential; what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
