**Duty Manager**:
As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the winery and restaurant. Your versatility and adaptability will allow you to manage various aspects of the establishment, ranging from front of house service to overseeing special events. You will work closely with the Front of House Manager and report to the General Manager, contributing to the overall success of the venue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Front of House Manager in day-to-day operations and team coordination.
- Supervise and support staff during service to maintain excellent guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and oversee private events and functions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role or similar capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food, wine, and service principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.

**Front of House Manager**:
As a Front of House Manager, you will be a key figure in creating unforgettable dining experiences for the guests. You will lead a team of talented servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring impeccable service standards are met. Your passion for hospitality and eye for detail will elevate our guest's satisfaction, making them feel welcome, comfortable, and pampered throughout their visit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily front of house operations, including dining room and bar areas.
- Train and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and exceptional food and wine pairing experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special event coordination.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for the industry.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and solve problems on the spot.
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
