We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our Integrated Facilities Management service line.
About the Role:
This role involves coordinating building maintenance schedules, managing physical space, and enhancing the experience of individuals within our premises. Key responsibilities include providing operational support, handling preventative and reactive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities administration, customer service, or maintenance coordination.
- Strong planning, administration, and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet client needs within agreed timelines (SLAs).
- Relevant qualifications or trade certification with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in systems and data management.
