Financial Transactions Specialist

The Financial Transactions Specialist is responsible for managing various tasks within the invoicing team. Key responsibilities include assisting the Team Leader with month-end tasks, collaborating with other teams to resolve accounts receivable or payable queries, ensuring all set key performance indicators are met, and managing the finance generic mailbox to facilitate timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, this role involves processing and finalizing profit share according to agreements, participating in team meetings with the Operational Finance Team, approving local and overseas payable invoices, auto-rating billing files, and sourcing rates from the client rate module. The successful candidate will also be responsible for finalizing all billing files and sending document packs to clients.

To excel in this role, you will require strong time management skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mentality, good communication skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and industry and/or finance knowledge. Experience with Cargowise One is preferred, and you must be willing and able to operate in a paperless working environment.
