Job DescriptionAs a Senior Educator at Goodstart Gladstone Beak Street, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated Educators and take charge of your own room. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
