Site Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roaming Site Administrator to join our team at Mastermyne. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project management teams across QLD and NSW.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable and debtor management
- Process payroll functions and accommodation bookings
- Prepare and process invoices and site timesheets
- Provide administrative support to project teams
- Finance administration experience
- Prior site-based administration experience desirable
- Exceptional client relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent numerical and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills
- Valid Driver's Licence
