As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual grants funding program focused on leveraging funding for housing and social investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an annual grants funding program to support housing and social investments.
  • Manage tenancies in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards.
  • Provide statistics for key performance indicators, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct quarterly property inspections to ensure property standards are maintained and maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for team members on housing and social investment management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working in challenging circumstances to solve problems and achieve results.
  • High level customer service skills, with experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing grant and funding programs, with a strong understanding of social impact measurement frameworks.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to track a wide variety of tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Aboriginal people and show respect for culture.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing and delivering training programs.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with asset management, particularly related to maintenance and property care.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing team members, with a focus on supporting their skills and development.
