As a critical member of our operational team, the Production Operator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless and safe production operations.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a cohesive unit.

  • Perform various tasks on the production line, including but not limited to:
  • Working alongside colleagues on the production floor
  • Inserting cardboard inserts into boxes once they have been produced on the box making machine
  • Conducting routine checks on labels on bottles
  • Ensuring boxes are adequately filled for the next stage
  • Removing any bottles that have not been filled

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following key attributes:

  • A solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures
  • No prior skill requirements, with comprehensive training provided
  • The ability to lift and move objects safely and efficiently
  • A reliable and can-do attitude

The Physical Requirements of this role include:

  • The ability to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods
  • Comfortability working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
  • The ability to safely perform tasks that may require bending and reaching

In order to be considered for this position, you must undergo a police check clearance.
