Enterprise Account Manager Position

This role involves managing and expanding existing enterprise accounts. Key responsibilities include serving as a primary point of contact, understanding customer outcomes and goals, providing operational best practices, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with key customers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Provide expert advice on technical matters to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Develop and execute plans to improve operational performance and address customer concerns.
  • Champion customer requirements within the organization to drive business growth and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles such as Senior Technical Consultant or Solutions Architect.
  • Strong computer science background.
  • Familiarity with software development practices and technologies.
  • Experience working with AWS technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
