
Enterprise Account Manager

This role involves managing and expanding existing enterprise accounts. Key responsibilities include serving as a primary point of contact, understanding customer outcomes and goals, providing operational best practices, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with key customers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that meet customer needs.
- Provide expert advice on technical matters to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Develop and execute plans to improve operational performance and address customer concerns.
- Champion customer requirements within the organization to drive business growth and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles such as Senior Technical Consultant or Solutions Architect.
- Strong computer science background.
- Familiarity with software development practices and technologies.
- Experience working with AWS technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
