Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our account management efforts. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, including Tier-1 banks, merchant acquirers, and global payments organisations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex enterprise accounts, ideally within payments, banking, or financial services. They will possess the ability to build, guide, and grow relationships at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of account managers to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
  • Identify and engage key decision makers at the functional, executive, and C-suite levels.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in managing complex enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
