  • Drive the ongoing development and review of financial plans, forecasts and financial reports to ensure efficient delivery and compliance requirements.
  • Provide effective leadership to the Finance team and ensure the delivery of professional, friendly and helpful support that reflects our Practice Framework and organisational values.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation and evaluation of standardised financial practices, systems and procedures to optimise efficiency and support achievement of quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate and deliver fit-for-purpose financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders, including managers, executives, the Board and funding bodies.
