The Position

We are seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a key member providing full-range mechanical solutions. As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and documentation of mechanical systems for various building projects, working closely with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and documentation of mechanical systems for building projects
  • Working with a client-facing focus to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
  • Completing engineering analysis and design of HVAC systems using technical expertise and commercial acumen
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized Mechanical Engineering degree
  • Experience working as a Lead or Senior Mechanical Engineer in a consulting environment
  • The ability to develop business opportunities and lead multiple small to medium-scale building projects
  • Excellent time management, leadership, and teamwork skills
