Job Title: Workplace Experience Ambassador

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our daily pantry operations, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This role involves managing inventory control, ordering supplies, stocking areas, and conducting regular floor walk-throughs to guarantee that cleaning, food, and other services meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and address culinary program issues, coordinating with stakeholders when escalation is required.
  • Regularly inspect and assess cleanliness, food quality, and overall service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors and service partners.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, troubleshooting issues and collecting feedback relating to workplace services.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in hospitality, facilities management, property management, or food and beverage services.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to new technology and experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and independently.
