Senior Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a senior leader to drive the operational and strategic management of our facility. As Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and resident satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational and strategic management of the facility.
  • Drive a culture of excellence through effective leadership, team engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with our values and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Senior leadership experience in Health and/or aged care – Highly regarded
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen within a services environment.
  • Demonstrated capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and strong leadership
  • Excellent time management and ability to work within deadlines.
  • Experience with financial targets, human resource management and asset management.
  • Proven ability to implement change
  • Knowledge of aged care funding (essential);
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
