About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at Accent Group Limited. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Marketing Team with key objectives and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sample Management: Manage and maintain marketing samples, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately represented.
  • Marketing Materials Management: Oversee the creation, distribution, and maintenance of marketing materials, including point-of-purchase displays and digital assets.
  • Signage Execution: Execute ad-hoc requests for signage, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Portal Management: Maintain and update TAF's marketing communications with primary retail partners, utilizing portal systems.
  • Image Bank Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain TAF's image bank, ensuring all assets are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Event Support: Provide general assistance with new store openings, activations, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Photo Shoot Support: Assist with the production of photo shoots, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assets.
  • Artwork Distribution: Send artwork to the media team for outdoor advertising bookings and other marketing initiatives.
  • Franchisee Support: Execute ad-hoc artwork requests from franchisees, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • LMF Fund Management: Maintain and communicate with franchisees regarding LMF funds and claims.
  • Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly inclusion of LAM activities in the trade meeting deck.
  • Parkrun Partnership: Serve as the main contact for marketing with Parkrun, executing activations and maintaining the calendar of events.
  • Social Media Support: Assist with social media scheduling, content organization, and stock management for creators.
