About the Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Support Associate to assist the Sales team with administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide exceptional support and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Representatives
  • Coordinate the completion of weekly sales reports in a timely manner
  • Manage tasks within our Dynamics Management System
  • Process orders, receipts, and maintain records/reports for local components and attachments
  • Maintain contact with suppliers and customers regarding equipment deliveries
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with Quality Procedures, SOX, and Internal audit requirements for the Sales department
  • Cultivate effective communication and coordination in a cross-functional environment (e.g., Sales/Workshop)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in Sales Administration or a related field
  • A strong working knowledge of commercial processes and procedures
  • Demonstrated high-level communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities to prioritize workload with accuracy
  • Team coordination and prioritization of workload with high accuracy
  • Clear business-level communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and management
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office applications with strong attention to detail required
