We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal/Conveyancer or Junior Property Lawyer to join our dynamic property law team in Northern NSW. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing, and property development transactions.



Your Key Responsibilities




  • Managing your own residential property conveyancing files, including conducting property searches and engaging in legal research
  • Assisting with high-end residential and commercial property development transactions, commercial and retail leases, and sale and purchase of businesses
  • Preparing sale property and business sale contracts and leases, arranging and attending settlements

Requirements




  • Minimum 12 months of proven experience in residential property conveyancing, with PEXA experience
  • Strong time prioritization and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Adaptable and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
