Job Title

The role of a Corporate Front of House Coordinator involves overseeing the reception area, greeting and directing visitors, and ensuring that facilities are well-presented. This is a key aspect of projecting a professional image for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • The coordinator will be responsible for managing the front of house and wider office area to project a professional image.
  • This includes replenishing supplies, booking board rooms, and assisting with office events as required.
  • The coordinator will also monitor the office cleaners and complete monthly maintenance checklists to ensure that the facilities are well-maintained.
  • In addition, the coordinator will process facilities-related invoices and perform other ad hoc duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications
  • To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 12 months previous experience in a similar position.
  • Candidates must possess effective communication and customer service skills, which are essential for providing excellent service to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work well in a corporate environment and manage time effectively is also crucial for this role.
