Pre-Operative Leadership Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and management of patients undergoing surgery, ensuring seamless transitions between departments.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled nurse with a proven track record in pre-operative care, who can lead by example and mentor others to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for pre-operative patients.
  • Manage patient flow and communicate effectively with surgical teams, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.

Requirements:
