Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Gorman. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, inspiring our team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create an engaging store environment and promote our brand values
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the fashion retail industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth
