This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Variations Lead to join our team on the Snowy 2.0 project. As a Variations Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Claims Manager and Head Contracts Manager across all Variations matters on the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification, preparation, coordination and response for Variations under the EPC Head Contract.
  • Preparation, drafting, evaluation and negotiation of various types of Variations claims.
  • Quantifying Variations including in-depth understanding of cost and time impacts.
  • Experienced contracts management professional from within a contracting environment.

Requirements:

  • Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field (Engineering, Commerce, Law).
  • Demonstrable experience in the preparation, drafting, evaluation and negotiation of various types of Variations claims.
  • At least 10 years experience working in a similar role.
