Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Production team. As an Administrative Assistant - Production, you will provide critical support to our Production Services portfolio, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly under pressure to meet deadlines. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and build relationships with stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and administering various aspects of our Production Services portfolio, including workforce scheduling, payroll processing, procurement, and compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Production team, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  2. Assist with workforce scheduling, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting business requirements.
  3. Process payroll accurately and efficiently, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Coordinate procurement activities, including purchasing and inventory management.
  5. Monitor compliance issues and provide timely resolutions, ensuring our operations remain compliant and up-to-date.
