Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support across various nbn technologies.

As an autonomous professional, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of nbn products and services.

  • Technical skills include cabling installation (copper, fibre, HFC) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
  • Installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
