Telecommunications Engineering Lead Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Telecommunications Engineering Lead, where you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of wireless systems. You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.

In this role, you will lead solution architecture and design, provide technical pre-sales support, and conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best solutions for customer needs. You will also assist in the preparation of RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals by collaborating with customers and internal teams.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, to produce pricing for proposed solutions. Your strong technical skills and commercial acumen will enable you to articulate the technical benefits of proposed solutions versus competitive offerings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. They will also possess a proven track record in working with customers on RFI and RFP responses and have a strong understanding of engineering and project management processes, costs, and typical pricing models.
