Driving Force Promotions are an industry leader in promotions and advertising. The company has launched a new division with business coaching and mentoring, Australia-wide.

We represent some of the most recognizable brands and clients worldwide, focusing on customer acquisition programs, personal development, and sales revenue.

  • Designing and creating company social media content is a key responsibility.
  • Developing growth plans for social media platforms is essential.
  • Office management and administrative tasks include:

  1. Data management and tracking
  2. End-to-end recruitment
  3. Personal assistant to the managing director
  4. Liaising with clients and head office

The role will begin as a casual position, with the requirement to be available Monday to Friday for morning shifts.

We seek a bright, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual who is creative and skilled at growing social media platforms. Key qualities we look for include:

  • Previous experience in administration and/or office management
  • Experience in growing business social media
  • Previous experience with end-to-end recruitment
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive work ethic
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Outgoing and bubbly personality
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team
  • Full Australian working rights and fluent English

This position requires immediate filling.

Job Types: Casual, Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 10 hours per week

Benefits:

- Employee mentoring program

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning shift

Supplementary Pay: Performance bonus
