It then applies a suite of turn-key CX solutions which include automated voice, A/V, music and other meaningful digital applications.


Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site (mostly) role for a Digital Content Creator located in Adelaide, SA. The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, creating multimedia content, and coordinating digital projects. They will also oversee content for web and social media platforms, engage in creative storytelling, and ensure consistency and alignment with all key brand values.


The role will report to the National General Manager


Qualifications
  • Content Strategy and Project Management skills
  • Experience in Multimedia Content Creation and Social Media Management
  • Creative Writing and Storytelling abilities
  • Proficiency in Web Content Management Systems and Digital Tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • Experience in the audio, music, or video solutions industry is a plus
