A role at Warrigal offers you the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of older people and their families.

In this Community Care Coordinator position, you'll play a vital role in coordinating health, welfare, and social requirements for self-care customers.

You will also cultivate and sustain vibrant, active village communities, facilitating communication between Community Village residents and management.

Additionally, you'll assist new residents in integrating into village life, working closely with the Village Service Coordinator in Goulburn/Bundanoon.

The role involves liaising with external service providers, assisting prospective residents, and supporting transitions between care services.

To succeed in this role, you'll possess prior experience in a customer-centric related field and be provided with ongoing training and support.

Requirements for this role include:

  • High-level experience in a similar role (lifestyle, community services, social work, consumer advocacy)
  • Genuine regard for older persons and an understanding of their needs
  • Ability to advocate for customers and deliver exceptional experiences
  • Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • A current NSW/ACT Drivers licence, with travel required between Warrigal sites across NSW/ACT
