Role Overview

As a Childcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading your own service and providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs to support local families.

You will design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 – 12 years of age, build positive relationships with the school community, mentor and support your team to develop their skills, and oversee compliance and administrative tasks.

The role involves flexible work hours with split shifts and admin time to balance work and life, as well as ongoing support from your dedicated Area Manager and Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-quality programs for children 5 – 12 years of age.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the school community.
  • Mentor and support your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will have:

  • Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates, and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
