The Role:

You will be responsible for driving strategic shifts in quality assurance, working across multiple teams to ensure quality is embedded into every part of the development lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Lead efforts to identify critical gaps in testing and implement scalable frameworks.">
  • Partner closely with QAs, developers, and platform teams to shift QA towards an enablement model.">
  • Help pilot new ways of working that reduce manual effort, catch defects earlier, and improve signal-to-noise ratio in the CI pipeline.">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.">
  • 6-8+ years of experience in software engineering or automation engineering role.">
  • Strong programming expertise in one OOP language.">
  • Experience building and maintaining test frameworks using tools like Selenium/Webdriver and Pytest.">
  • Deep practical understanding of test strategies (unit, integration, E2E, performance, load testing).">
  • Understanding of CI/CD and hands-on experience with building and deployment tools and test analytics.">
  • Strong experience with automation and software design patterns.">
  • Strong knowledge in cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.">
