About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director Contract Services. This leadership role will provide claims analysis assistance across infrastructure and natural resource clients.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in expert testimony, and commercial acumen. They will lead and develop expert service offerings, manage projects, and drive new business development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Natural leader with technical and management expertise.
  • Strong experience in expert testimony across various project types.

  • Knowledge of major standard forms of construction contracts.
  • A track record of delivering expert appointments with positive outcomes.
  • Experience providing consultancy services on live major projects/programmes.
  • Robust analytical skills and broad sector experience.
  • Proven business development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Professionally qualified in construction based accreditation.
  • Further educated in Construction Law or similar.
  • 15+ years of experience.
