About the Role

This senior role provides critical support to both Coprice and Riviana teams in operational Health, Wellness, Safety, and Environment (HWSE) matters.

As a key member of the team, you will enable the embedding of good HWSE practices and upskill operational teams in HWSE matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting company officers to discharge their due diligence obligations in relation to HWSE.
  • Enabling critical risk management and control practices within the business.
  • Supporting and upskilling line leaders to manage operations safety.
  • Facilitating the implementation of good systems and practices across both Riviana and CopRice.
About You

You will have over 10 years of experience in high-risk industries supporting operations embed risk controls.

You possess excellent organizational skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential.

Your technical understanding of HWSE issues and familiarity with HWSE management systems frameworks and best practices are crucial for this role.

You will also be expected to possess strong communication and influencing skills, sound knowledge of HWSE laws and practices, and the ability to work in complex and dynamic organizations with a high amount of change.

Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a team but also able to work independently, using your own initiative to plan tasks and manage your workload.

Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills are also required.

Salary: $AUD 120,000 - $150,000 per annum depending on experience.
