Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Manage stock control and inventory, ensuring optimal levels and minimizing waste.
  3. Maintain a high standard of front-of-house ambiance and appearance, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and performance management to ensure excellent service delivery.
  5. Coordinate and execute promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including auditing and risk management.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  2. Food Handlers Certificate and current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  3. Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence and TAB Compliance.
  4. Previous experience in a BOH (Back of House) role is highly desirable.
