Event Coordinator Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a proactive attitude, exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

This role requires a highly organised individual with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, researching venues and vendors, and liaising with various departments to ensure seamless execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate internal and external global events
  2. Assist in creative concept development
  3. Maintain relevant Google documents and spreadsheets
  4. Support event planning and execution
  5. Research and recommend venues and vendors
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives
Requirements & Skills:
  • A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel domestically and internationally as required
