Administrative Professional

The role of Administrative Professional at the Language Centre is focused on providing administrative and operational support.

  • Perform various office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate building maintenance, including repairs and improvements.
  • Manage furniture and plan grounds for the centre in collaboration with the host school leadership.

  • Administrative and Operational Support
  • Inter-Organisational Liaison
  • Safety and Compliance

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Education Support qualification.
  • Proficiency in four languages: English, Dari/Hazaragi, Hindi & Urdu.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Mathematics qualification at Further and Advanced level.
  • Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
