This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled geospatial professional to join our team in a challenging and dynamic environment. As a Mine Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice and solutions in a geologically complex and exciting workplace.
  • Maintain effective communication across multiple departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Work closely with senior surveyors to achieve operational excellence and drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in mine surveying (diploma or higher) are essential.
  • Experience working in the mining industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in mining software packages and surveying practices are necessary.
  • Excellent hazard identification and safety awareness are crucial.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
  • Sound understanding of global positioning systems and total station use.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
