We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to leverage their lead-generation and relationship management skills to develop, lead and implement growth opportunities and drive new investment into the world of cryptocurrency.
This role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. You will identify and target new business leads and sales opportunities, establishing relationships and negotiating terms to onboard new clients.
You will manage a sales pipeline of high-value opportunities, collaborating with other teams to ensure the successful onboarding, activation, and retention of clients. You will stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements that may impact our sales efforts.
You will use data and analytics to track and report on sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations. You will also participate in group presentations to partners and attend industry networking events.
About This Role- A genuine passion for crypto and the ability to quickly build on existing knowledge of the crypto ecosystem.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales and business development experience from a financial services, payments or investment background, with the ability to demonstrate previous success in managing client-facing roles.
- The ability to successfully manage a sales process through the entire sales cycle, from identifying an opportunity to proper qualification, contract negotiation, through to closing.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
