The Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Converse Factory Store - DFO Homebush. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve sales targets.
- Improve Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer feedback, and implement changes to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain Store Presentation: Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and meets company standards.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential, provide feedback and coaching, and support their career development.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will have:
Retail or Hospitality Management Experience: Proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and develop a team, provide feedback and coaching, and support career development.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.Business Acumen: Understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.What We Offer
