Skilled Hydraulic System Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician/Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in field service and hydraulic system roles, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
The role involves assisting with day-to-day operations, including quoting, customer liaison, and ensuring jobs are completed within deadlines. You will also attend client sites for routine service, maintenance, and installation requirements.
You will be responsible for reviewing daily work orders and planning your day to ensure all jobs are resolved and completed. Additionally, you will provide effective services by identifying system requirements, ordering parts, completing installations, and performing acceptance tests.
Maintaining and developing customer relationships through effective communication is crucial in this role. You will also follow troubleshooting steps in line with policy and product manuals, document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Investigating complaints regarding installed equipment and working with engineering, sales, or other units to resolve issues until the customer is satisfied is an essential part of this role.
A certified Hydraulic Fitter trade or equivalent qualification is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in field service or hydraulic system roles. A competent level of hydraulic knowledge, high focus on quality and attention to detail, dynamic performance and achievement skills, strong planning and organizational skills, and effective communication skills are also essential.
