Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill this vacancy. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to airport patrons and contributing to the efficient operation of the cafe, bar, and terminal facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to airport patrons
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the cafe, bar, and terminal facility
  • Process transactions at POS registers, including reconciliation, daily banking, eftpos, and change bags
  • Maintain clean and tidy designated areas, including equipment and floor spaces
Requirements
  • Hold current RSA certification
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry, including supervising a small team and working in a customer-focused environment
