Airport Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Airport Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airport customers and assisting in the efficient operation of the cafe, bar and terminal facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with sales/purchases required in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Provide a high level of hospitality expertise in food and beverage handling and presentation
  • Operate POS registers for Cafe and Bar sales, including reconciliation, daily banking, eftpos and change bags
Working Hours

The hours of work will be based on a 38 hour week, working an average of 25 hours per week over a 3 week rotating cycle. Actual days and times will be in accordance with the 7 day/week facility roster.
