Electrical Infrastructure Business Development Opportunity

Develop your sales expertise in a dynamic role where you will drive business growth and success. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide technical support, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager and contribute to the success of our electrical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing relationships with consultants, contractors, and hospital project teams
  • Providing technical support and driving project-based sales in the healthcare and commercial sectors
  • Preparing proposals, attending site meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Tracking market trends and achieving sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in electrical (preferred), medical, or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience working with construction stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and facility managers
  • Strong technical knowledge of switchgear, cabling, and medical electrical systems; ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and tendering platforms
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
