Graduate Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality speech pathology services to individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive team, develop their clinical skills and knowledge, and contribute to achieving positive outcomes for clients.

About the Role

This graduate program is designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment. You'll be working in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) as a speech pathologist, providing services to individuals with disabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality speech pathology services to individuals with disabilities.
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans that cater to clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Conducting assessments and providing reports on client progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
