Speech Pathologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team based in the Ringwood area. The successful candidate will focus on supporting clients living in Ringwood and surrounding suburbs.

This is a full-time or part-time position for the right person who will benefit from our extensive experience in supporting clinicians to thrive in their roles.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to make a real and lasting difference.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do approach and mindset, a degree qualification in Speech Pathology, and current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).

About This Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
  • Delivering speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Recommending provision of assistive technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
