Food Safety and Quality Assurance Professional

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining product integrity, optimising processes and managing audits to uphold both regulatory and operational standards. The successful candidate will lead and enhance the organisation's quality assurance and food safety systems, ensuring compliance with SQF, ISO and other industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Quality Assurance Initiatives
- Champion Food Safety Best Practices
- Manage Quality Systems Effectively
- Collaborate for Process Improvement
- Document and Report Key Metrics
- Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food, ingredients or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of SQF, FSANZ, HACCP and internal audit frameworks.
- Proven track record of developing and executing corrective action plans and conducting root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with internal/external audits and managing non-conformances.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
