About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant at our Thomastown store.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program, and developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert customer service to retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will have previous experience in a customer service environment and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
